Yoga Mandali means "Circle of Friends." We welcome you to come join our circle, a caring and committed community of yoga practitioners. Our mission is to empower and nurture each other in mind, body and spirit.

Come practice yoga in our warm, inviting space and be guided by experienced and expertly-trained instructors. Enjoy a challenging physical yoga practice based on Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Iyengar alignment principles. As you progress, you will come to realize that Yoga is not just another form of physical exercise, but also a method of reuniting with our true, innate wisdom.
