Class Descriptions

Open Vinyasa - Suitable for all levels. Students are guided through a series of traditional yoga poses which are connected together in a flowing sequence. 

Alignment and Form - A vinyasa class that moves a bit more slowly to enable practitioners to deepen their experience of each pose. Suitable for beginners, as well as more advanced students.

Ashtanga Primary Series - Suitable for practitioners with some Ashtanga or vinyasa yoga experience. A fast-paced class which builds strength, flexibility and endurance.

Yoga for Equestrians
- A class designed to help riders develop relaxation, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

NOTE: Early morning classes are offered by instructors who rent space from Yoga Mandali, but do not participate in our class card system. In that case, payment for classes is by arrangement with the instructor, and the instructor's telephone number is listed next to the class listing on the Calendar.
